Hello! I am Megan Monds and I have been lucky enough to call the Rogue Valley my home for the last seven years. I am a full-time real estate broker for Windermere Van Vleet and Associates Inc. serving the Southern Oregon area. At Windermere Van Vleet, we take pride in our clients. With over sixty-five years of serving the Rogue Valley, you will be in great hands with anyone on our team. I have over five years in sales experience with over fifteen years in client relations. As a military child, my family moved around every couple of years. Experiencing the military lifestyle as both a child and as an adult taught me the true meaning of sacrifice. As a real estate broker helping our local veterans in the process of finding or selling a home is one of my goals.

When I’m not working you can find me outdoors with my family, remodeling our home, or crafting. With having two young sons staying active is essential. Jackson County alone has a multitude of adventures year-round for the novice to the expert. In the summer my family and I like to hike through the mountains enjoying their vista views, rock climbing and fishing the Rogue River to name a few. We have it all!
